Paso Grenache- Young vine Grenache from High Camp which is in Estrella district in Paso Robles. This 75 acre vineyard is sustainably farmed and perched atop the rolling hills of San Miguel. 10 different varietals grow in its deep alluvial sandy loams with a generous amount of clay to help with water retention. This district averages 745 to 1,800 feet and can really bring bright acidity and flavors which is what we highlight with this small production offering. This wine is intentionally designed to be chilled and enjoyed during the hot summer days or nights, but make no mistake, it's a wine for all occasions!
